Time for ME.

I stumbled haphazardly into my first yoga class almost twenty years ago (crazy!), and it has been a grounding source of clarity and wisdom in my life ever since. My goal is to teach from my practice, which is constantly evolving and shifting, and to offer to you what inspires me most.

My Pilates and yoga sessions are also constantly evolving... both challenging and calming, fluid with moments of reflection, strong and also soft...always infused with attention to detail, safe alignment, humor and FUN....all set to beautiful music. You will leave feeling more connected to center, flexible and empowered on all levels.

My trainings with Seane Corn lay the groundwork for my classes. My ongoing personal study with amazing teachers alongside my greatest teacher in life, my son Hayden, is what continues to inspire my work.
