Pilates Beginner Series

This is a two part intro to all things Reformer. The perfect place to begin:

  • Session One will consist of a comprehensive consultation to discuss your needs and goals along with familiarization with the Reformer. We’ll cover the nuts and bolts, get you comfortable and then get you moving. This session is 45 minutes in length.

  • Session Two will begin and end on the reformer, a regular hour long private session.

**Sessions must be booked in the same week. Contact April directly for scheduling and availability.**
